Bart D. Ehrman (1955) is een Amerikaans nieuwtestamenticus en historicus. Hij werkt als Professor Religiestudies op de universiteit van North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Hij heeft al meer dan 25 boeken geschreven over het Nieuwe Testament en het vroege christendom. Zijn boeken zijn in 27 talen vertaald. Vier van zijn boeken zijn New York Times bestsellers namelijk: De evolutie van de Bijbel, Jesus, Interrupted, God’s Problem en Forged. |
